The institute is deeply saddened to announce the death of former Director, friend and colleague, Jerry Gray.  Jerry was a founding Director of the IICI and contributed immensely to the IICI’s establishment, working closely with fellow California based directors, Raymond McGrath and Nancy Pemberton he provided an invaluable contribution to their efforts to pilot the fledgling organisation through the intricacies of setting up a non-profit organisation focussed on human rights and accountability.  Jerry’s devotion to the well-being of survivors of conflict related violence continues to be reflected in the work of the IICI.  We will miss him.  We extend our condolences to his family.
